  We want you to know that if there is anything wrong with your order, we will do everything in our power to rectify that issue, and make sure that your experience with our brand is one that you'll enjoy. Each of our items is made to order, specifically for you! We understand that nobody bats a thousand, and mistakes do occur from time to time. 1. What Happens If My Order Is Defective? You absolutely LOVE the shirt, it fits great, but there is a small tear in one of the seams. You don't want a refund, because you've decided that this is the single greatest shirt you've ever worn (Okay, maybe an exaggeration, but seriously..), but you can't wear a shirt with a tear! Simply send us an email with your Order number, and a picture or two of the issue with your shirt. We'll respond to your email within 24-Hours (even on weekends and holidays), and after identifying the issue ourselves, we'll personally eat the cost of having a new item produced and shipped your way! What do you do with the defective item? Entirely up to you. Does your dog need a dope cape? Not anymore he doesn't. Now you get a brand new shirt, and your dog gets a dope ass cape. We like to call that a win/win. I'm rambling, moving on!

2. What happens if I get my order and it doesn't fit? Simple. Shoot us an email, let us know the issue, and ship it back to us! We'll send you a different size. Easy Peazy, Lemon Squeezy. 

3. What If I Absolutely Hate The Way Your Awesome Shirts Feel on My Silky Smooth Skin? First of all, what a weird way to word that question. Secondly, everyone has a different body type. How weird would it be if we all had the same body, like some twisted Dr. Seuss book? With that being said, if you're not satisfied with the feel of our garments, NO WORRIES! Simply ship it back to us, for a full refund of your order, minus the return shipping charge.

    When we say we want you to be satisfied, we mean it. No matter the issue, let us know, and we'll do everything we can to help. If you put your faith in our brand, we will always have your back. Literally, in the sense of we will physically be draped over your back, and metaphorically, because we're a team.
